Hawaii’s most experienced and trusted PEO, we were founded in Honolulu in 1969. We have pioneered the state’s human resources outsourcing industry and remain its leader. Our company has been a National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) member for 20 years, and President and CEO Barron Guss is serving his third term on the NAPEO board. He is widely known as one the foremost experts in the HR outsourcing industry.
