Hawaii’s most experienced and trusted PEO, we were founded in Honolulu in 1969. We have pioneered the state’s human resources outsourcing industry and remain its leader. Our company has been a National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) member for 20 years, and President and CEO Barron Guss is serving his third term on the NAPEO board. Our company has also been accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) since 2000, with Barron serving multiple times on ESAC’s board of directors, contributing over 10 years of service as an industry director to this program. He is widely known as one the foremost experts in the HR outsourcing industry. Under Barron’s leadership, we have built the company to service start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in all sectors and industries.
